Great tips!  I love your thoughts on skinny bitch, and what you say about not singling out meals as “vegan.”  They are tasty meals that happen to be animal free!  Love.

It’s been 22 days since I’ve had any sort of animal product and I feel fantastic. I posted a bunch of tips on eating clean today, but the biggest thing for me is being prepared.  If you have fresh fruits and veggies or other snack foods ready to go, you won’t get into panic mode and throw your hands up!

That’s awesome, Laura! And you’re totally right – being prepared is key! My worst food decisions are always made when my kitchen isn’t stocked and I’ve had a long day… I mean, not that I ever make bad food decisions ;) haha – That’s funny.
